Our Policies

Payment

On our website we accept payment via credit cards and PayPal.  If you wish to pay via check or money order, either select the "Email" option during checkout or email us with a list of the items you wish to order, and we'll be happy to process your order ourselves.

Shipping

Orders will ship within 72 hours of being placed, and often within 24 hours if the item is in stock.  That's because we stock many of the items in our online catalog -- but if we don't carry something, we can special order it. 

We use Priority Mail and Parcel Post or First Class Mail for orders in the continental US; where postage is usually $4.60 - $8.95 depending on how many bottles of ink are purchased.  (One bottle costs $4.60 to mail, and the price increases with each bottle according to weight.)  Our website interfaces with the US Postal Service to calculate postage.

If you need your item sooner, please contact us for the price of faster options such as Express Mail or UPS Next Day Air. 

For international shipments, we usually find Airmail Letter Post to be the best deal for small packages, and it generally starts around $14 - 15.00, increasing according to package weight.  Registered mail is available upon request.  Non-US customers should email us with their desired order and we'll take it from there!

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days, whether the pen is defective or you simply don't like it, for a full refund minus shipping costs.  The only exclusion to this is limited edition pens, which we can't accept back if they have been inked.

If you find that your pen is defective after that 10-day period, email us for the manufacturer's contact information.  Our manufacturers stand by their products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase as much as we do.

Special Orders

We'll gladly accept special orders at no extra cost.  If you want a certain pen or a color of Noodler's or Visconti ink that we don't currently stock, please email us and we'll see what we can do!  If you order both an out-of-stock item and an in-stock item, we will give you the option of either having a split shipment or having all items shipped at once. 

Privacy

We won't sell your information to anyone, period.
